[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive banking services to use twelve checking accounts, 1 savings account and multiple escrow/interest bearing accounts to the government authority located in Maryville, TN.
- Process the collection of $250,000 in currency and coin per month at a local branch,
- Returned items should automatically be deposited second time with an electronic notification sent to city personnel with copy of returned image
- Provide online access for deposit reconciliation including images of deposited items.
- payee positive pay services with online transmission of check details,
- positive pay exception item review and correction online
- online stop payment services and void check capabilities
- Be able to upload file to bank to clear payroll checks, and accounts payable checks,
- Provide a secure electronic method to initiate intra-bank transfers.
- Provide account reconcilement services for disbursements and deposits
- Process and image checks and remittance documents received
- Provide online access to images of processed items and remittance documents
- Provide online reporting and download of transaction detail and summary including account numbers and payment amounts.
(2) All questions had been submitted on August 23, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
