[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Insurance companies and dental plan administrators to provide both fully insured and self-insured dental PPO plans to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- Administrative office processes the reimbursements based on submitted bills by the employees;
- Self-Insured dental plan matching the current dental reimbursement plan: Preferred approach is accessing a large dental PPO network; Duplicate the current dental plan; Secondary option to provide actuarily equivalent traditional dental PPO plan with same benefits in and out of network; Out-of-network reimbursement usual and customary should be 95th percentile.
(2) Question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
