[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide tourism convention sales and marketing services.
- Tourism sales and marketing plan with minimum annual sales goals: leads, service leads and room nights sold convention sales and marketing plan with minimum annual sales goals: leads, bookings, and room nights sold call center and online marketing plan with minimum annual goals: room nights sold offeror shall perform the following: operation of the visitor center in the gaylord entertainment center seven days per week except pre-approved holidays publish all promotional literature and maintain a robust web presence with content refreshed at least bi-monthly perform all work at the direction of the metropolitan tourism and convention commission and its chairperson further, offeror shall be responsible for: providing sufficient staff to perform the contract and yield the deliverables identified maintaining satellite offices in at least 3 key metropolitan cities providing diversity programming, either through creation within or in partnership with local diverse organization, to attract tourism and convention awareness of city partnering with local organizations to enhance current and create new events to promote awareness of city as a tourist destination partnering with other organizations (local or national) to create awareness of city at an international level.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
