[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide campus map and virtual tour platform.
Ability for each pin/marker and polygon region to be clickable, triggering it to show an additional information area that is capable of including text, links, photos, videos, and 360º content
- A user interface that supports wayfinding and directional functionality on campus maps, including but not limited to: streets, sidewalks, and interiors of buildings
- Ability to search map contents
- Ability for both administrators and visitors link directly to locations or virtual tours on map
- Ability for visitors to share the map, whether by URL or by social media link
- Ability to organize pins/markers and polygon regions into categories and map layers
- Ability to integrate floor plan views of buildings
- Ability to turn layers of the map on and off, specifically graphics (such as future buildings or floor plans), pins/markers, and polygon regions; the implementation of which could support campus master plans, facilities maps, or event maps
- Ability to print map from within the interface
- Ability to have private maps, or layers of the map, which are only accessible via a specific link
- Ability to have pop-ups which activate on certain triggers/clicks by the user
- Ability to have “call to action” links in a navigation menu or as a part of the design, allowing us to link directly to Admissions, Campus Visits, social media, etc.
- Ability to upload and edit content, including, but not limited to, photos, videos and text, ourselves using a content management system
- Ability for user to place pins/markers and polygon regions outside of the University grounds on the map
- Ability to manage user access and permissions
- Ability to display images and play videos in virtual tours
- Ability to include forms, and/or CTA buttons in the top menu bar linking to our own forms, in order to generate lead captures
- Ability to embed map onto website, mobile apps, digital signage and other systems that provide an iframe or similar methods of embedding.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
