[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide all parts, labor and supervision in order to provide dedicated 2 Gig internet service that combines a symmetrical, dedicated connection with symmetrical bandwidth and provides reliable, high performance connectivity to the government authority located in Louisville, TN.
- Provide set-up and configuration within 14 days of contract award.
- Provide on-site survey to ensure contractor understands our needs for 24-hour service availability before placing a bid.
- Contractor shall provide and install the Ethernet access switch and firewall appliance.
- Contractor shall provide all personnel and equipment to include upgrade(s) to the line, tools, maintenance, repair and or replacement of line and equipment, business managed security, technical support and any other components necessary for uninterrupted operations of fiber high speed internet service line for customer(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Provide eight public IP addresses for fiber service.
- Activate Asymmetrical bandwidths for up and download capability
- Provide quarterly analytics beginning the third month of contract.
- Provide failure notification – from accessing the service or a part of services due to operator error related to node operation, node hardware failure, node software failure, and network failure of unknown cause within 24
- Provide 24/7 business and network managed support with 99% up time.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
