[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel card services including all personnel, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide the services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- The successful contractor(s) shall be required to forward a monthly billing report to each individual entity containing the following information:
• Original invoice statement
• Detailed billing statement containing the date, store location, type of fuel, gallons purchased, dollar amount, any fuel related products and the total amount of each charge
- The successful contractor(s) shall also be required to provide monthly detailed charge ticket information to each individual entity to include:
• Date and time of purchase
• Mileage of vehicle
• Vehicle tab number and license tag number
• Dollar amount purchased
• Quantity in gallons purchased
• Type of fuel purchased
• Employee’s signature and/or identification number
• Employee name
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
