[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a proposal for internet, television, and voice billing and operations support software as a service solution with mobile component and desktop component.
- The BOS software must generate customer invoicing, order processing workflow, provisioning, customer portal, customer payment engine, installation dispatching, generation of accounting entries, marketing tools, and customer focused reporting.
- Billing and operations support software as a service solution with mobile component and desktop component. The BOS software must generate customer invoicing, order processing workflow, provisioning, customer portal, customer payment engine, installation dispatching, generation of accounting entries, marketing tools, and customer focused reporting.
- Application Programming Interface (API) services for integrations.
- One-time implementation services including configuration and correlating documentation, training, deployment, and post go-live support.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2021
(3) Non-mandatory pre-bid conference call will be held on July 13, 2021
