[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide debt management software to improve the management of its outstanding debt obligations; services includes all existing debt instruments (bond issues, CP, loans, leases, etc.) and all debt during the lifetime of the resulting contract; Software in the following areas: Budget, audit, financial planning, payment processing and reconciliation.
- Cloud-based tool which will be accessible to multiple users and will have the following capabilities/attributes: A. Cloud-based with high-reliability, availability and security B. Ability to use existing authentication/SSO services C. Role-based access control D. Allocate and track obligations by: type of obligation, fund responsible for payment, purpose of issue, projects financed. E. Ability to pull data into Excel for further manipulation: Debt summaries including balance information, debt service schedules, payment information/allocations. F. Ability to share and control access. G. Track key dates, including: payments, redemption dates. H. Data must be stored within US Jurisdiction. I. Vendor must be able to offer data encryption at rest and in transit.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
