[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide independent evaluation consultant services to the university and transit, a mobile app providing real-time transit data, toto utilize crowd data and predictive algorithms to improve customer access to information about crowding and to assist the agency in scheduling resources to manage and address crowding conditions to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- In addition, the evaluator will provide an independent assessment of the project’s data validation effort
- As the project moves toward testing the algorithms and developing crowding mitigation scenarios, the evaluator will be expected to provide independent assessment of the utility of the research for application in actual operational settings
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 9, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
