- A report on compliance and on internal control over financial reporting based upon the audit performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.
- A report on compliance and internal control over compliance applicable in each major federal award program and on the schedules of expenditures of federal and state awards.
- Independent Auditor’s Report on Financial Data Schedule - MDHA (required by REAC)
- Multifamily Electronic Audit Submission listed in the UFRS Rule Information – Blended Component Units
- Statement of Capital Grant Costs
- Schedule of Federal Financial Awards
- Status of Prior Audit Findings
- Schedule of Findings and Questioned Costs
- General Comments

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
