[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide virtual learning digital curriculum platform.
- The digital curriculum platform should allow the school system the ability to offer learning opportunities to all students in grades 6-12. In the event of a system wide shutdown for "in person" learning, Tennessee aligned curriculum must be accessible to students and teachers. Additionally, the digital curriculum must be available to students in alternative settings whether in person or by virtual means.
- All students and teachers in grades 6-12 must have access to a Tennessee aligned curriculum for all core and elective classes.
- The platform must allow teachers the flexibility to customize courses assigned to students. Customizations may include student adaptavie lessons. This may include intuitive lessons that meet students where they are within the course and/or units within courses.
- The platform must have features that allow for accommodations and modifications to meet the needs of special populations.
- The platform must offer a translation feature for multiple languages.
- A dashboard with the functionality to access student engagement, grades, progress, and generate reports must be available to teachers and administrators.
- Student and family communication feature must be included.
- The platform must feature formative and summative assessment options.
- Students and teachers must have the option to view the curriculum and lessons.
- In the event of an "in person" shutdown, the platform must allow for virtual assignment of lessons by GCSS teacher(s) and student learning options.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
