[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide unemployment claims administration services to Provider shall process all unemployment claims, audit charge statements and mail monthly charge bills to designated employer contact in a timely manner,
- The Provider shall provide hearing representation at all unemployment hearings,
- The Provider must have the ability to accept wage and separation information on electronic media and the ability to provide reports detailing separation information monthly,
- The Provider shall provide reports each monthly detailing claims activity, hearing results and charge information, etc.
(2) A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on May 18, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 26, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
