[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.

- Building and Grounds Cleaning and Maintenance Occupations

- Office and Administrative Support Occupations
- Construction and Extraction Occupations
- Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations

- Transportation and Material Moving Occupations
- Maintain a pool of qualified persons from which to dispatch temporary employees, and after providing basic safety training, begin to dispatch from the pool upon request from the city
- Group employees according to their qualifications and dispatch only those persons qualified for the requested positions
- Utilize only experienced, qualified, and responsible temporary workers in performance of the Work
- Track by department and city as a whole, the dates, hours, and locations where each temporary employee works; ensure that hours worked do not exceed 1,039 hours in a calendar year
- Accountant 1: Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Human Resources Specialists: Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
- Geographic Information Systems Technician: Design or prepare graphic representations of Geographic Information Systems data, using GIS hardware or software applications
- Analyze Geographic Information Systems data to identify spatial relationships or display results of analyses, using maps, graphs, or tabular data
- Enter data into Geographic Information Systems (GIS) databases, using techniques such as coordinate geometry, keyboard entry of tabular data, manual digitizing of maps, scanning or automatic conversion to vectors, or conversion of other sources of digital data
- Information Technology Technician: Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
- Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 14, 2021.
