[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours answering service of physician practice.
- For Medical Group Practices:
Monday-Friday: 4:30 pm to 8:00 am for most practices
Neurosurgery 5:00 pm to 8:30 am
Dermatology 4:00 pm to 8:00 am
Saturday-Sunday: 24-Hour Coverage
- For Hospitalists:
24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365(6) days a year.
- An approximately annually work volume will be 8,856 calls of Academic Gastroenterology; 17,916 calls of Chattanooga Bone & Joint; 83,136 calls of Erlanger Hospitalists Group; 2,940 calls of Ortho Trauma; 9,012 calls of University Rheumatology Associates; 14,880 calls of UT Erlanger Cardiology; 14,880 calls of UT Erlanger Cardiology; 10,848 calls of UT Erlanger Neurology; 22,536 calls of UT Erlanger Neurosurgery; 984 calls of UT Erlanger Ortho University; 12,804 calls of UT Erlanger Orthopaedic-Ortho South; 4,920 calls of UT Erlanger Pulmonary & Critical Care; 16,200 calls of UT Erlanger Urology; 12,924 calls of UT Erlanger Women’s Health Specialists; 8,676 calls of UT Women's Oncology and 1,620 calls of UT/Erlanger Dermatology.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
