[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee medical administrative services include, but are not limited to: access to national and local contracted networks including physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers; accurate and timely claims processing; ease of reporting, including dashboards, and to understand the county’s utilization on a consistent basis; willingness and ability to provide claims data to the county and its consultant on a monthly basis; case management/behavioral health services; disease management and chronic condition service; wellness and well-being programs to engage member interest, activity and improved outcomes; specialty drug administration; customer service; enrollment services and materials (id cards/enrollment forms/plan documents/provider directories/claim forms); real time integration with carve-out vendors, including data aggregation of medical and pharmacy claims for deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums; coordination with the county’s preferred kidney dialysis provider, satellite health; onsite clinic management at no cost to the county with integration and data sharing; detailed management of both clinical and ad-hoc reporting; online claims and benefit plan information access for members; online reporting and eligibility access for plan sponsor; billing practices that support the county’s administrative support staff and provide accurate invoicing to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 8, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
