[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation 911 emergency communication services.
- Geographic Information System: While the current solution does not utilize geospatial routing, the state and have expended considerable effort in developing the GIS datasets necessary for the implementation of geospatial routing
- Text-to-911: A handful have deployed text-to-911 service, with approximately forty that have deployments in progress
- For the many that have not initiated deployments, they are awaiting integrated text-to-911 capabilities via the NG911 network
- Call Handling: The State enables the PSAPs to deploy an Intrados VIPER® call-handling-as-a-service solution that utilizes the current IPSR and Net TN ESI-Net
- Emergency Call Tracking System: This tool provides visibility regarding the status of across the State and offers a similar view
- An open-vendor ecosystem that provides quick implementation of new integrated services as public safety technologies and capabilities advance
- Integrated text-to-911
- Integrated real-time text-to-911
- Integration with third-party commercial location information servers
- Dedicated client manager
- Flexible dashboards and analytics
- Voice and data interoperability with neighbouring ESI-Net
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 5, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
