[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide insurance broker-agent services to the government authority located in Maryville, TN.
i. Reviewing and determining insurance limits for vendors,
ii. Tracking certificates and ensuring all certificates are current, and
iii. Requesting certificates from County vendors.
- Provide a description and history of your firm focusing on previous governmental experience:
i. Detail your experience with self-insured governments especially concerning those entities within the State of Tennessee;
ii. Describe your relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters and how you leverage your relationships to benefit your clients;
iii. Describe how your company stays current on industry trends and legislative issues regarding loss control, risk mitigation, and risk transference for governmental entities; and
iv. Provide a list of associations your company is a member of and the level of involvement with them.
- Describe in detail your company’s approach in working with clients in the following areas:
i. Review of current policies;
ii. Loss prevention including:
1. Safety training,
2. Risk assessments,
3. OSHA/TOSHA compliance, and
4. Claims review for Liability and Worker’s Compensation Claims.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
