[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services to produce short videos, 1-3 minutes in length, for the agency and specific program promotion.
- capable of producing short, one to three-minute videos to be played on the city’s website, social media channels, and closed caption television station
- videos created will be to educate citizens and the community about services and functions
- creative consulting/pre-production, concepting planning
- music/sound effects licensing and fees for each video
- stock footage and photo fees
- drone video
- use various video/pictures provided by the client
- edited video story will be 1-3 minutes in length
- videos will be published on the city’s website, government access television channel, and social media outlets.
-  generate video content ideas and work with the production team on script and execution.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 16, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 23, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
