[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide API integration development services
- The Applicant Tracking API Collection provides services to access Munis HR application data and processes associated with applicant tracking systems. Included areas provide the ability to import hired employee information from an applicant tracking system via personnel actions and to synchronize parameter information by retrieving job class, location, positions and a host of other related data,
- seeking a developer to complete an API integration between iCims (Applicant Tracking System) and MUNIS (HRIS),
- iCims is hosted on the cloud and MUNIS data is housed in an SQL Server on premise with County Schools,
- Developer will look at current state/future state to help develop the best solution
- Developer will help define a roadmap of recommended initiatives to achieve the future state strategy

- iCIMS API Connector Information and Overview,
- iCIMS supports RESTful web service integrations using JSON. A combination of the dominant web API design model (REST) and a standard human-readable data exchange (JSON) allows iCIMS and our partners to create repeatable and scalable integrations. Web services offer several advantages over simple data imports and exports, making them iCIMS preferred integration method,

- Contractor will have an initial kick off call with County Schools, iCims developer and MUNIS resource in order to answer any questions about the project,
- Will provide fields between both system for API Integration
- Will have resources from Munis and iCIMS to assist in the API Integration
- Will have resources from County Schools to work with developer to complete API integration
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 19, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
