[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to procure a necessary Disability Software Management solution at the most favorable, competitive prices and to give ALL qualified businesses, including those that are small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran owned, the opportunity to do business with the Institution.
- Solution must allow access to main institution location as well as its off-campus sites.
- Must have role-based access and permissions (i.e., administrator, user)
- Ability to extract information from Banner. (i.e., director information, academic record, demographic information)
- Proposed base solution must have a registration/forms component.
- Proposed base solution must have a scheduling component.
- Proposed base solution must have the ability for data mining and report generation.
- Proposed solution must have various add-on modules that are available for selection to meet the unique needs of each institution.
- Proposer shall validate in its response its understanding that Proposer is proposing a web-based solution that is availability 24/7. Proposer shall validate in its Technical Response that its system meets this requirement.
- Proposer shall validate in its response its understanding that its system allows for an unlimited number of users simultaneously.
- Proposer shall validate in its response its understanding that Proposer’s system must be password protected/encrypted.
- Proposer shall validate in its response its understanding that access to Institution data shall require best-practice authentication procedures for system logon and passwords and system must have procedures to securely maintain Institution data separately from other clients.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
