[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide relational retention software to allow Undergraduate Admissions to identify at-risk students develop a retention program for the student.
- Ability to provide for the unattended daily backup of all information and data to a media that can be stored offsite for disaster recovery purposes
- Ability to support database file restoration without taking down the whole database
- Ability to recover the database to any point in time
- Ability for application to be accessible from standard web browsers, including Firefox, Explorer/Edge, Safari, and Chrome
- Ability for a student's provider and program staff to login to the System using the institution id and password
- automatic access to updated classes, rosters, student update forms, feedback requests, and survey requests
- Ability to protect certain fields, e.g., social security number, from unauthorized access
- Ability to use a central password authentication function and/or receive password changes from a central password management function
- Ability to terminate connections for users who have no activity for a specified period of time
- Ability to provide access through an encrypted network connection
- Ability to obtain integrated and comprehensive student information on an at-risk student through a single user interface
- Ability to retrieve identifying information on students including referring individual, current Care Area assignment, current Coordinator of Care and referral type
- The ability to retrieve all interventions within privacy permissions for an at-risk student or a cohort of students within a given date range
- Ability for the triage specialist to receive an electronic notification when a student has been identified as at-risk by an institution staff or faculty member
- Ability to retrieve, add, or modify at-risk student's data as imported from any system on campus
- Ability to display the dates and times of an intervention for a particular student in the System
- Ability to assign primary Coordinator of Care for specific intervention or cohort management
- Ability to electronically send progress report requests for a student to a class instructor
- Ability to report data, within a date range, provider (e.g., tutor), number of students, number of interventions, and number of contact hours.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 16, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
