[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide automated fee machine pay and display systems to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
1.Capable of accepting credit and debit cards.
2.Shall be capable of printing thermal receipts that will remain legible to 170 degrees
Fahrenheit for up to 48 hours for patrons to display for enforcement purposes.
3.Shall provide a paper audit trail, supported by and electronic record for all transactions
4.Supported by software applications allowing user manipulation of rate structure, systemconfiguration and transaction recording from a local or remote site.
5.Configured for operation with 120 VAC power
6.Capable of using battery back up to power the system in the event of a loss of theprimary A/C power source
7.Components shall operate in extreme temperature and humidity conditions found throughout our region. In the summertime, temperatures commonly reach 90 to 105degrees Fahrenheit with 80 to 90% humidity. Temperatures in the immediate area of theAFM may be higher due to direct sunlight and close proximity of asphalt pavement.
8.Machine shall be set-up for drive-up access

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
