Government Authority located in Memphis, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for supplemental registered nurses and licensed practical nursing staff services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide supplemental registered nurses and licensed practical nursing staff services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurses: Provide medical treatment customary for LPNs and RNs to students and/or staff in the event of an emergency; Provide locally qualified LPN and RN staff; Plan and implement treatment based on physicians’ orders; Follow IHP’s developed by RN based on physician’s orders; Consult with Health Services Lead staff; Maintain nursing (documentation) on every person to whom care is provided utilizing District approved medical records and process; After accepting assignment, contact Health Services Lead staff within two hours to obtain reports and procedures on the assigned student; Document medication administration and/or healthcare procedures everyday by the close of business; Provide daily reports to Health Services Lead Staff; Maintain all written records in a locked and secure/accessible location as established by SCS nursing management team.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
