[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide wellness portal for City employees, retirees covered on the City medial insurance, their spouses, domestic partners and dependents covered on the City medical insurance
- Fully customizable site with employer having the ability to make updates and changes
- The ability to upload educational materials like videos, webinars, articles, etc, as well as content already available for use on the site.
- The site needs to have the ability to track physical activity, program participation, and biometric results, while keeping members engaged with periodic behavior change campaigns and challenges.
- Integrate with multiple devices, like Fitbit and Garmin, to upload step count and/or minutes of activity
- Accessible by the employee, employer, and the disease management educators who are employed by our onsite clinic provider.
- Accessible on a mobile device (please describe whether accessibility is responsive design or through an application)
- Coordinate administration of our health incentives program with onsite clinic vendor
- Coordinate reporting with onsite clinic vendor, and ability to house the biometric results and wellness scores.
- Integrate with the City data warehouse, Innovu.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2021.
