[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide formal business process review and redesign in anticipation of our upcoming ERP project to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- Vendor to provide leadership, consulting, and facilitation in a comprehensive reimagining and redesign of the processes in each of the focus areas: human resources; payroll and finance.
- Business requirements documentation including: flow charts, diagrams, statistical models, graphical representations of future state business processes, and business operations; Facilitate business process sessions with internal and external stakeholders (as necessary) and subject matter experts; Establish and manage a project plan for the business process review in conjunction with UT management that takes into consideration the key milestones and timeline for this engagement.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
