[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide credit and identity check services for customers establishing a new account or customers requesting changes to an existing account to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- The services provided will consist of but are not limited to verifying identifications including social security number, federal tax identification number and other identifying information as requested in order to obtain non-mandatory service and utility accounts.
- Contractor shall provide requests for credit checks with the consumer credit agencies for customers applying for non-mandatory service and utility accounts who do not wish to pay deposit and provide identity checks with the consumer credit agencies to verify services to assist in the detection, prevention, and mitigation of identity theft and fraud.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Friday 19, 2021.
(3) A pre-offer meeting will be held on February 12, 2021.
(4) Contract term will be five years.
