[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firms to conduct a nationwide search to fill the position of the agency’s executive director to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Assistance in reaching concurrence on the agency’s behalf regarding needs and characteristics needed for the position in question.
- Provide guidance in the organization and monitoring of the search process, including refinement of the position advertisement.
- Meet with members of the board management review committee (committee) to gain an understanding of the agency’s history, culture, structure, operations, and strategic direction.
- Assist in the development of a communications plan for the search.
- Provide regular progress reports to the committee.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
