[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology service desk and desktop support for responding to incoming calls, making outgoing calls and for the creation, update and closure of incident, change, or request tickets in the city ServiceNow application.
- Provide the services twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week and all city holidays
- Provide continuous coverage from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday- Friday and after-hours coverage from 5:00 pm until 8:00 am Monday - Friday.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2021.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
