Vendor needs to provide work order management system to include Ability to setup multiple department specific templates to meet various needs - service, maintenance, facility scheduling, assets management, Ability to request, schedule, approve, notify personnel and send notifications to multiple departments components - interactions of a workflow, Ability to create unique, custom requests for multiple departments, Able to batch print, hard copy or pdf, and save to distinct folders. Automatically archive documents based on rules; archive is accessible/searchable, Easy to update requests, work orders, move orders, etc.; prompts for status update based on SLAs, Provide alerts/notifications of work to assigned resources, Resource management - automatically assign to next available representative; build a queue of requests, Track time worked automatically or update manually; associate with costs, Able to include other service providers on updates as needed, Ability to create, implement and track Key Performance Indicators against Service Level Agreements (SLA), Able to categorize tickets, requests, and work orders, Allow attachments with requests, work orders, tickets, etc.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
