[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide two cloud-based survey software packages.  The University would like to choose a single long-term cloud-based survey software package for use across all UT System campuses. The goal of this RFP is to evaluate the features and price of cloud-based survey software packages in order to select a single long-term survey software solution.
• Completed HECVAT
• Basic question types (single select, multiple choice, text entry, numeric entry matrix)
• Advanced question types (sliders, constant sum, compound matrices)
• Blocks
• Randomization of questions, responses, and blocks
• Survey Logic (skip logic, display logic, carry forward responses)
• SSO account login
• SSO authenticated surveys
• Full collaboration with accounts outside the license
• Surveys are owned by a single user
• Response coding is locked once survey is active and collection data
• Admins are able to set email limits on user accounts
• Admins are able to easily transfer survey between users
• All survey data must reside only in the continental United States
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for five year.
