[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health program consultant services for all employee health, wellness, and life-related benefit programs to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Medical insurance plan design
- Medical underwriting and cost projection
- Plan implementation and employee communication
- Pharmacy benefit management and pharmacy plan design
- This includes, but is not limited to: health and wellness programs, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, EAP, and voluntary coverages.
- implementation and communication of new programs or changes to existing programs, which will include attending and presenting information at quarterly meetings and being present at quarterly meetings with various vendors.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 21, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
