[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program work-life services of Provide assessment counseling and referrals - up to six face to face visits per issue per year for civilian employees and 10 visits per year per issue for sworn employees,
- Provide access to 24/7 toll free number for employees to access services,
- Legal, financial, identity theft/fraud services, simple will preparation,
- Provide stress management and personal finance classes or education,
- Provide promotional outreach and customary promotional materials at least once a year by home mailing,
- Provide Employee and Supervisory Training - Provide at least 40 hours of training sessions per year per client request,
- Provide a comprehensive and competitive EAP benefits program that allows for employee choice of counselling resources,
- Provide formal management referral process, for any employee with disciplinary issues
to include fit for duty exams,
- Provide 24/7 telephone access to the EAP Director for City Management questions,
problems or emergencies,
- Provide robust quality assurance process to endure the highest levels of employee
Satisfaction,
- Ensure that providers/counselors have adequate experience, credentials and certifications to deliver superior behavioral health and work-life services to employees and family members, etc. to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
