[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security services of surveillance and control of ingress and egress to the specified buildings, grounds and parking areas, including utilizing a state-provided CCTV camera system to monitor all internal and external areas of the property, performing a visual check of employee badges upon entry; directing non-badged employees to sign in and verifying their signature and identity; directing visitors to sign in, verifying their signature and identity, and requiring them to sign out when they leave the facility; investigating incidents and accidents committed or occurring on state property, communicating, cooperating, and assisting law enforcement and investigating authorities with federal, state, and local jurisdiction, patrolling the facility perimeter and parking garage as instructed in post orders, identifying and reporting all existing or potential safety hazards and risks to the facilities and security director to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Surveillance and security services during every day of the week, including State holidays Guard position one provides service from seven o’clock a.m. (7:00 a.m.) to seven o’clock p.m. (7:00 p.m.). Guard position two provides service 24 hours daily. Guard position two may be assigned duties for that position only to be defined in Post Orders.
(2) A pre-response conference and new building site walk-through will be held on November 5, 2020.
(3) A Notice of Intent to Respond Deadline November 6, 2020.
(4) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
