Vendor needs to provide stop loss insurance services for its employee, retiree and long-term disabled health and pharmacy programs to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.
- The City currently purchases stop loss insurance for approximately 1,300 active employees and their dependents, 90 pre-Medicare early retirees, long-term disability insurance recipients and their dependents, and 206 post-Medicare retirees, long-term disability insurance recipients and their dependents, and 2 individuals on COBRA. The City’s health and pharmacy benefits plans are currently administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and Envision/Elixir Rx, respectively.
