Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program administrator services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- The Employee Assistance Program helps employees, marriage, parenting, family concerns,
grief, divorce, work-related difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, domestic
violence, substance abuse, conflict resolution and more,
- The current program also assists in locating childcare, elder care, legal counsel and financial assistance. All assistance is free to the recipients and will remain confidential to the extent permitted by law,
- Additionally, the provider has a 24/7 live answer call center staffed by trained clinicians, employed by the provider, rather than through a contracted service. Flat fee pricing (based on 13,000) Metro employees and household members) is inclusive of unlimited orientations, trainings, Critical Incidents Stress Debriefings, organizational development consultation, etc. Also the flat fee pricing includes unlimited sessions per issue per year.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
