[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide professional photographic services for commencement photos
- Photographer will handle all aspects of photography during each of the university's commencement exercises,
- Photographers access to the stage area during the presentation of degrees, but the photographers must work unobtrusively and minimize any distractions during the ceremony. Each university campus can provide names and addresses of graduates but will not be responsible for handling photo orders,
- offer a suitable range of photo packages at competitive prices. Please provide a list of photo sizes, packages and costs; specifically pricing for 5x7 size (2 poses requested - 1 with dean and 1 portrait of graduate).

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
