[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide time and attendance system to be used as part of the City s current and planned payroll process.
- To automate the timekeeping and attendance data with a system that will integrate with the current payroll provider, a HARRIS product named gems and also an updated payroll system scheduled for implementation in the current year, also a HARRIS product called citysuite
- The solution should include an easy to use and aesthetically pleasing interface (dashboard) and include:
• Employee self-service (clock in/out, check leave balances)
• Leave management (automated time off requests and approvals)
• Ability for managers to view and approve timesheets and view employee leave balances.
• Time clocks with smart card reader, biometric options and smart phone login options.
• Geofencing capability.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
