[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide estate recovery services to the government authority located in Falls Church, TN.
- providing interpretation and translation services and other forms of auxiliary aids or services, including, braille and large print and shall be based on the needs of the individual and the individual’s representative
- all vital contractor documents shall be translated and available in Spanish
- abandoned call: a call in which the caller selects an option and is either not permitted access to that option or disconnects from the system
- answer: defined as “to begin an uninterrupted dialogue with the caller”. if a contractor representative asks the caller to hold during the first sixty seconds of the dialogue, the contractor shall not consider the call to be "answered" for purposes of this definition until the contractor representative returns to the caller and begins an uninterrupted dialogue
- average speed of answer (ASA): shall mean the mean time between (a) the moment at which a caller to the contractor first hears an introductory greeting and enters the queue and (b) the time at which the contractor answers the call
- blocked call: a call that cannot be connected immediately because no circuit is available at the time the call arrives or the telephone system is programmed to block calls from entering the queue when the queue backs up behind a defined threshold
- Blocked Call Rate: One percent (1%) or less at all times without exception
- Business Days: Traditional workdays, including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. State Holidays are excluded
- Calls answered in less than sixty seconds but placed on hold within the first sixty seconds of answer do not contribute to this performance standard.
(2) A pre-response conference will be held on October 12, 2020
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
