[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide firm to conduct focus groups services to gather information regarding messaging, personal values, barriers to healthy eating and physical activity and strategies to overcoming those barriers specific to limited-resource youth audiences through focus groups to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- gathered through the focus groups will be used to develop age appropriate, relevant messaging to promote nutrition and physical activity among qualifying high school audiences
- Recruit limited-resource, SNAP participating and SNAP eligible youth grades 9-12 or ages 15-18 years—at least 10 to 15 recruited for each focus group to be conducted
- Conduct 9 focus groups with limited-resource youth grades 9-12 or ages 15-18 years. Focus groups will last 1-2 hours and will focus on nutrition education needs of high school youth audiences such as top communication channels used, types of information needed, personal values, barriers for participating in nutrition education and for practicing healthy eating and physical activity behaviors, and solutions for overcoming those barriers
- Transcribe all focus groups
- Communicate results with state SNAP-Ed team through face-to-face or online meeting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
