[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relation management system to recruit and admit potential students.
- solution will incorporate demonstrable online applications, online payments for application for fees, enrollment deposits, and event payments, predictive data analysis, web interfaces for staff and system administrators, customized reporting and dashboards
- solution to serve as the full communication and tracking system for prospective students, applicants, and admitted students
- solution should have the capability for comprehensive email campaigns, text campaigns, phone campaigns, communication history, and data that can be easily queried for specific needs/request
- support multiple application frameworks within a single database, allowing you to design a unique experience for various applicant groups and purposes including undergraduate, graduate, certificate, non-degree, and non-traditional, as well as financial aid and scholarship applications
- ability to collect supporting documentation, such as school transcripts, test scores, activities, essays, resumes, employment history, and counselor and recommendation information
- Ability for applications to include rich media capabilities such as video essays, video interviewing, and digital portfolios, where individual media items up to 5 GB each can be uploaded for real-time conversion to streaming media formats.
- Ability to create and customize an applicant status portal in a standard structure that can be created and customized to communicate with applicants, manage application checklists and fees, enrollment deposits, change mailing or email addresses, upload materials, register for events or complete additional forms, view decision and financial aid letters and correspondence, and receive additional information about programs
- utilize responsive designs appropriate for mobile devices, ensuring straightforward access on all mobile devices
- web portal framework which provides the ability to construct entirely custom-built web pages that have access to the student data
- Communication channels include print, email, text message, social media, applicant status portal, application emails, and automatic email communications related to events
- Ability to manage paper mailings using the query builder tool
- system that provides powerful reporting tools that enable year-to-year, predictive modeling, and crosstab reports containing data tables, charts, and geographical maps
- Ability to have multiple calendars for displaying their events
- Ability to have design a visit registration page to allow students to self-schedule their visit or administratively schedule their visit.
