(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified firms with experience in facility maintenance for participation in a multi-year contract to perform a variety of facility maintenance work at the plants in various categories as attached to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- The work to be performed consists of facility maintenance of commercial nature involving maintenance on buildings and related infrastructure. All work shall be self-performed unless otherwise agreed upon by public works.
