Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary staffing service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing service to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- Vendor will provide licensed Dental Assistants (DA) and Dental Hygienists (DH) as requested by the College of Dentistry’ Office of Clinical Affairs. Location and length of assignment will be determined by the College.
- Vendor will verify prior to assignment that each DA and DH has a current license by the State of Tennessee Division of Health-Related Boards to include certification dental radiology and nitrous oxide. Vendor will provide copy of license upon request by the College.
- In the event a DA or DH makes application for an open position and if hired, the College is under no obligations to pay vendor and sort of finders or employment fee.
- DA or DH will be eligible to purchase UTHSC parking permits on the same basis as UTHSC employees through UTHSC Parking Services or they may use the patient parking for the same current daily parking rate.
- Once a DA or DH has been given an assignment, they must obtain a picture ID from Campus Security to wear at all times when on University property. Once assignment has ended, ID must be return to Clinic Affairs to be kept on file.
- Vendor must have 1 to 2 years’ experience in providing temporary dental staffing.
- Vendor must be able to provide staffing within 24-48 hours of request.
- Vendor must maintain all the insurances listed in the special bid conditions plus professional liability insurance with the following limits: 1 million per incident / 3 million aggregate and employee dishonesty coverage
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2020
