[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide dental PPO plan services for administering the City’s self-insured dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan for active full-time employees and their eligible dependents to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.
- The insurance required under the preceding paragraphs shall provide adequate protection for the successful Proposer and any sub-contractors against damage claims that may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations are by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the successful Proposer.
- City anticipates establishing the dental PPO premiums; however, the selected Respondent may be asked to recommend premiums. In Section 7.H. of this RFCSP, Respondents must indicate their willingness and capability to provide a recommendation, if requested.
- The City departments include but are not limited to: Police, Fire, Water and Sewer, Street, Solid Waste, Parks and Recreation, Engineering, Planning, Human Resources, Finance and Administration.
- The City will contract directly with organizations capable of performing the requirements of this RFCSP. Respondents must be represented directly. Participation by brokers or commissioned agents will not be allowed during the proposal process or during the term of the proposed contract. Respondent’s proposal must clearly be defined and all sections of this RFCSP pertaining to those services must be completed.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
