[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide nursing services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Provide medical treatment customary for RNs to students and/or staff
- Provide locally qualified RN staff
- Plan and implement treatment based on physicians’ orders
- Follow IHP’s developed by RN based on physician’s orders
- Consult with the school’s administrative leadership team
- Maintain nursing (documentation) on every person to whom care is provided
- Contact school’s administrative leadership team for documentation requests of care
- Document medication administration and/or healthcare procedures
- Provide monthly reports to the school’s administrative leadership team
- Maintain all written records in secure/accessible location
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2020
