[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide automated dialling system
- phone services which will automatically generate phone calls, voice messages and text messages for reminders of medical and/or dental appointments for clients serviced throughout the State in two (2) languages, English and Spanish,
- Contractor must be able to provide service as shown below, but not limited to:
- Breast Feeding Programs,
- Women, Infants and Children (WIC),
- Family Health and Wellness Planning (FHW),
- Primary Care Programs,
- Immunizations Programs,
- Dental Programs,
- Calls must be delivered through both VOIP and ISDN Copper Carriers,
- Contractor must be capable of delivering all required voice calls and SMS text messages,
- Contractor must be able to connect with all domestic phone carriers,
- Service must be web-based and available 24/7,
- Contractor must automatically deliver a text message to all cell phones and a phone message to all landlines simultaneously,
- Contractor will be provided information such as landline, cell phone and or text information,
- Contractor shall identify which method was used in the report of,
- Contractor must be able to provide automated message delivery notification unique to: Each location, Each language (English and Spanish), All client appointment and contact data, Response to call or text must be provided,
- Clients must be allowed to self-manage their preferred method notifications via opt-in/opt-out,
- Contractor must be able to deliver messages in English and Spanish,
- Contractor must have the ability to translate for phone, text and e-mail delivery using either: computerized translation program, computerized text-to-speech, customer talents, and/or language translator,
- Contractor must be able to automatically display the dynamic Caller ID for each local office,
- Contractor must be able to provide secure/encrypted storage of client and staff data on-line which can easily be filtered for the following variables: Due date range, Language, Clinic, Appointment time, Appointment date, Missed appointments, Mass Texts, Survey link,
- Calls/texts must be made at hours and dates designated by the Regional System Administrators for a specific county and/or Region.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
