Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for supplemental claims processing and call center services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental claims processing and call center services to answer the initial claimant inquiries during Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide supplemental unclaimed property claims processing services of approximately 185,660 claims.
(3) Approximate call volume will be 51,800 calls.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than on July 11, 2016.
(5) A pre-response teleconference will be held on June 27, 2016.
(6) Contract period shall be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
