Vendor needs to provide reading intervention program to support students with disabilities in basic reading skills, reading fluency, and reading comprehension to the government authority located in McMinnville, TN.
- a scientifically/evidenced based instruction and intervention program, specific to reading,
- acceleration of student progress in attaining reading competency,
- explicit and systematic skill development in the areas of phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary development, reading fluency including oral skills, and reading comprehension,
- alignment for preschool through elementary and secondary education standards for reading,
- initial and ongoing analysis of students’ progress in attaining reading competency,
- texts on core academic content to assist the student in maintaining or meeting grade-appropriate proficiency levels in academic subjects in addition to reading.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
