[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource consulting and search services to human resource issues as needs arise, including, without limitation, and in coordination with legal counsel, reviewing policies and procedures relating to human resource matters, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, assisting in training and development programs for employees, providing assistance with terminations and employee conflict resolution, advising as to benefit administration, and assisting with internal investigations to the government authority located in Tennessee.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
