[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide account debt collection agency management services to collect Utilities Board WO debt to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Collection Agency Management is responsible for maintaining all relationships with the multiple agencies and setting the appropriate collection fee based on primary, secondary or tertiary, collection status and paying the collection agencies it employs for their respective work.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
