[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system for an enterprise level learning environment tool to host, produce and manage training for employees.
- tool must be technology agnostic, easily installed, remotely managed, intuitively used and able to host multiple training formats both in technological and presentation qualities
- tool must offer robust reporting and data analytics, have the ability to connect directly to or link to, other training platforms
- to provide and retrieve data for single point of user consumption, reporting, access and instructional completion for all Faculty & Staff training across the University
- Tracking and installation of security patches
- Website, application, and server monitoring
- Enter income and expenses
- Create profit and loss statement for activity
- Record commercial support
- Integrates with our existing merchant account
- Role-based discounts for members or other learners
- Allow for date specific transcripts
- Create custom questions or pre-built templates for evaluation
- Ability for attendees to self-declare participation hours
- Customize event email marketing and templates to match our branding
- Automated invitations, reminders, and confirmations
- Create live courses for meetings or instructor-led training using enduring format
- Restrict and or hide course components based on time or pre-requisites
- Create credit types and apply to curricula certifications or just certify a single course.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on July 21, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
